AI assistant

Homework decode, reflection analysis, path insights, and bulletin photo scan run through Cloudflare Workers AI on PolyPath's server. No API keys are stored in your browser.

If Workers AI is unavailable, requests may fall back to Google Gemini (degraded mode). Grade sheet images are sent for OCR only - not stored on device after processing.

Data & privacy

Your school data stays in this browser by default. You can export or delete it anytime. Optional PRO features may store a backup on our server when you sign in — see the privacy policy for details.

Sign-in (PRO)

If you use PRO, we send a one-time link to your email address to sign in. We store your email, a session cookie, and short-lived sign-in tokens. An optional first name from your local profile may appear in that email.

PRO cloud save

If you subscribe to PRO and sign in, PolyPath can store a snapshot of your local data on our server so you can restore it on another device. The newest save wins if two devices edit offline. Cloud save is optional; local export still works without PRO. Deleting cloud save is available in Settings when signed in.

PRO view-only links

Share links show first name, class, and subject averages only — not individual grades, reflections, or homework. Optional PIN adds a second step. Links expire automatically and can be revoked anytime.

Keep exported JSON private. Anyone with the file can read the school data inside it.
